Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be free from odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If your item doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Our goal is to ensure you receive a piece you'll truly enjoy wearing.

Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After processing begins, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Inspection: 2-5 business days

  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days

Total processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
